    • Insert the APOLO ball holder with the weight that best suits you into your vagina
    • Keep APOLO inside your vagina while you walk, exercise or go about your daily activities. This will help strengthen the pelvic area and vaginal muscles.
    • Change the weights to make the exercise ideal for you
    • It is recommended to use lubricant and always have clean hands.
    • If you feel any discomfort, we recommend that you read the instructions for using IRIS correctly and/or stop using it for a while (you should never feel uncomfortable). In these cases, we recommend that you consult your doctor.

    Maintenance

    • Please try to clean APOLO – Kegel Balls Set before and after each use.
